…rhythms that flow thru the earth and up into the sky on its way igniting our souls. It makes us smile from the massage of the heart…..it makes our bodies move. Those of us who have been exposed to Samba as children and have grown up with it in our lives are blessed, and those who have just met this seductive new lover can bath in its warmth knowing that this relationship is here for a lifetime.

 Our performing group consists of twelve of our best drummers and with the addition of our dancers, singers, capoeira (the Afro-Brazilian martial art dance) and bands, we have an opportunity to bring an authentic Brazilian Carnival to private functions, concerts and parades. Besides appearing at some of the hottest parties we have had the pleasure to perform at East Hampton’s Guild Hall, Southampton Town Festival, both Stony Brook and Southampton Universities plus many others venues and organizations who want to experience the fresh and fun sounds of Escola de Samba BOOM.
